Roshogolla




Ingredients
Thick Chhana                     2 cup
(Making Chhana recipe find in other video)
Powder Milk                       2 table spoon
Flower (white)                    2 table spoon
Dalda                                 1 table spoon
Suji                                    1 table spoon
Baking Powder                  ½ (half) less tea spoon

Syrup
Sugar                         500 gram
Water                       1000 ml
Milk                           2 table spoon (to filter dust)
Make syrup by boiling sugar and water. To filter dust pour milk.

Process
1.    Pull out and dry off all the water from Chhana. Mix well white flour and dalda.
2.    Now mix white flower with suji and baking powder until its gets plane.
3.    Make roshogolla by two hand palm rubbed with oil.
4.    Pour the roshogolla in hot syrup first cook 8 to 10 minute in hi flame and later cook 45 (forty five) minute in low flame.
5.    Remember to cover the pot and boil until the syrup get thick than pour hot water.
