Fuchka with Yogurt

Ingredients
Wheat              1 cup
Semolina         ½ (half) cup
Talmakhna     1 table spoon
Salt           as much to taste

Process to make Fuchka
1. Mix all the above ingredients, pour water, mix to hard dough make round shape roti and make fuchka.
2. Make thick two roti on first roti rub oil place the second roti on top and roll to big size roti than cut as fuchka shape deep fry on hot oil until the color turns to light brown, cool and put aside in a airtight poly bag.

Ingredients of Masala
Raw coriander seeds       2 table spoon
Cumin                                 2 table spoon
White or Black pepper     1 table spoon

Process to make masala
Fry all the above ingredients in a pan and grind for powder.

For Mixture 
Boiled potato knead/mashed 2 (two) cup mix as much masala powder to taste.

Ingredients for Tamarind Sauce
Tamarind juice              1 cup
Sugar                              1 cup
Salt                    as much to taste
Fried Cumin powder     1 tea spoon
Fried chili powder         1 tea spoon

Process for Tamarind Chutney
Mix all the ingredients and boil on burner


Ingredients for Yogurt
Yogurt                            2 cup
Salt                  as much to taste
Coriander leaf slice     ½ (half) cup

Process to mix Yogurt
Mix all the yogurt ingredients and stir. Now on every fuchka fill with mixture, chutney decorate on a plate, from top pour the yogurt than the tamarind chutney, masala and serve.
